Piotr Cygan
Expert in the field of Strategy, Operations, Organization and M&A issues
  • Over 30 years experience in Strategy, Operational Improvement Programs, Reorganization and M&A advisory.

  • 1986 – 2001: McKinsey & Company German Office (Düsseldorf and Berlin), later co-founder of the Warsaw office. Elected a first ever Polish Partner at McKinsey & Company in 1997. Piotr Cygan was an expert in operational efficiency improvement, restructuring, post merger management and value enhancement and advised leading Polish and international clients in a diverse range of sectors including Energy, Oil & Gas, Banking, Vonsumer Goods and Pharmaceuticals.

  • 2001 – 2002: CEO at ITI Group, the largest family-owned media business in Poland, was responsible for the redesign of the media group's Corporate Centre, implemented a Value Based Management and controlling system for all business units as well as assessed the group's potential acquisitions and disposals.

  • 2003 – present: Managing Partner at Hexagon Management, focuses on Energy, Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Infrastructue sectors, responsible for deal origination, transaction, strategic and restructuring advisory services for the largest publicly owned companies and some of the most successful family-owned businesses.

Metin Mitchell
Expert in the field of Management Consulting and Executive Assessment
  • Founder and Managing Partner of the Executive Search and HR Management Advisory Firm, Metin Mitchell & Company. The Firm is based in Dubai's DIFC and serves clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

  • 19 year career with the US Executive Search Firm Korn/Ferry International where roles held included Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, member of the EMEA Management team, Managing Director for France, and Managing Vice President European E-Business Practice.

  • Closely associated with the MENA region since 1995. His specialization includes the recruitment of Chief Executive Officers and their direct reports. His clients consist of some of the region's leading family businesses, conglomerates, financial institutions, industrial companies and telecom operators.
